what do you do when you’re feeling down?

Well I guess it depends on how “down” I’m feelin’. But in general I find somethin’ to distract myself (‘s how I learned to crochet) that occupies my mind rather than those bad thoughts an feelin’s. Then try ta find enough energy to do one thing at a time in order of importance which can either start with remembering to eat at least a little something or taking a shower or standing an maybe taking a little walk.

And cocoa an tea always helps with anxiousness.
